MS Handloom - Furnishing Store Noida's Finest

"MS Handloom used to be known for good service around 7–10 years ago, but it’s disappointing to see how much the quality of workmanship and customer service has deteriorated since then. While the reviews are flooded with 5 star ratings, our experience was nowhere close to what those reviews suggest. I recently got curtains stitched from MS Handloom, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we first visited the store, we clearly informed the staff that our only major requirement was that the curtains should have a proper pleats/fall. We even showed them samples displayed in their own store, and the staff assured us repeatedly that the final stitching would give the same fall and finish. However, after installation, the curtains looked completely different from what was promised. The pleats are not forming properly, the curtains flare at the bottom, and the fall is nowhere close to what we were assured. Their team even tried steam-ironing a couple of curtains but later admitted that a proper fall would not be possible. The biggest issue is that this was never communicated before stitching. If we had been told in advance that the fabric or stitching style would not achieve the desired fall, we would have explored other options instead of placing the order immediately based on their assurance. This feels like false assurance just to close the sale. Despite sharing detailed feedback with photos and clearly explaining the issue, no corrective action was taken by the store. The entire payment had already been made, and once the curtains were installed, the responsibility was simply brushed aside. Overall, it was not a good experience."
